    Check-in / Check-out

    • Check-in: 4pm to 7pm
    • Check-out: by 11am
    • Late check-out on request (subject to availability)
    • Early check-in on request (subject to availability)

    Smoking & Pets

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors
    • Smoking permitted on the terrace only
    • Pets are not accepted

    Swimming Pool

    • Open from 9am to 9pm
    • Children under 12 must be supervised at all times
    • No glass near the pool
    • Swimwear required (no shorts)

    Cleanliness & Respect

    • Please leave the accommodation in the condition you found it
    • Kitchen to be cleaned after each use
    • Rubbish to be sorted and placed in the bins provided
    • Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm

    Capacity & Events

    • Maximum capacity must be strictly observed
    • Cottage: 6 people maximum
    • Rooms: 2 people maximum per room
    • No parties or events without prior written agreement
