What is the difference between the Hortensia Suite and the Magnolia Room?
The Hortensia Suite is our premium accommodation: king-size bed, double-sink bathroom, private 12 m² terrace and in-room breakfast service available. The Magnolia Room is our classic double room, more accessible.
Can breakfast be served on the terrace?
Yes, in good weather, Nathalie can serve breakfast directly on your private terrace. This option is available on request the evening before. Indoor service is in the shared dining room from 8 am to 10 am.
Is the terrace truly private?
Yes, completely. The Hortensia Suite terrace is enclosed and accessible only from your suite — no other accommodation has access to it.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3 pm to 9 pm. For late arrivals, please let us know in advance — we will arrange self-check-in. Check-out is by 11 am. A security deposit of €200 is required on arrival.
Is the terrace private all day?
Yes, the Hortensia House terrace is exclusively reserved for your use, accessible at all hours. It opens directly onto the wooded garden and is visually separated from the other areas of the property.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that, a 30% deposit is retained. In case of force majeure, contact us — Nathalie and Benjamin respond within 24 hours.
